So over a nights TV viewing, you could get in an hour or more of exercise.

A great way to help you lose weight is to try following a raw food diet. Eating nothing but raw foods such as fruits and vegetables, is a great way to insure youre getting fresh, quality nutrition. By eating raw foods youll also be much healthier in general.

Dont believe the hype of food marketing labels. A lot of foods lead you to believe that they are healthy by using phrases like "fat-free", "no trans fats", or "sugar-free". What they dont tell you is that often when they replace the fats, they add sugar, sodium or fats to keep the taste the same. Read the nutrition facts not the marketing labels.
